As part of our ongoing Ārepa Wellness Series, Ārepa and For All The Brothers brings you our Brother's Brain Chat - a mental health meetup for men where we aim to normalise mental health conversations, bring men together and start to be the change we wish to see.

This meetup will take place at Ārepa HQ and will be an evening for guys to meet, enjoy an Ārepa and listen to Zane Munro from For All The Brothers talk about his mental health journey, address what he has faced, and provide some guidance for those who are going through something similar.

When it came to putting this event together, Zane says "We wanted to build something where men could come along and join us, no matter what walk of life they were from, what problems or struggles they face and feel understood, feel safe, feel seen and most of all feel supported. A place where we had regular speakers, open chats and a night where men could leave with their cup full (not only of Arepa) but also with the goodness that we all often need in life.

We'll also be hearing from Marwin Silerio - a true force in the fitness industry. He has been nominated for Personal Trainer of the Year five times and is an award-winning group fitness instructor. But his impact goes far beyond awards and accolades. Marwin is passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their mental and physical health and to live with intention, confidence, and joy.
