We provide private personal training from our own studio and ensure that you get the structure, accountability and encouragement to build the systems that will help achieve your goals as well as benefit you in the long term.

Our Personal Trainers understand how nuanced your lifestyle and goals will be and that’s why we pride ourselves in delivering a bespoke service that is programmed specifically to you.

When you book in for a FREE consultation, we guarantee that you’ll walk away with the clarity on how you can achieve the lifestyle you want and the process it takes to get there.

In-Person. 

How it works.

After your consultation, we program your current lifestyle, preferences, and goals over three phases. Each phase lasts for four to six weeks and has specific movement and lifestyle objectives to them. As you progress through the phases, so do the complexity of the exercises and lifestyle targets that are prescribed to you.

We believe that slow and steady progression creates sustainable results. That’s why these three initial phases focus on building the strength, movement and habitual foundations that will set the standard for your short and long term health as well as your routine.

Eventually, our aim is to help you discover the tools and systems that will build your confidence to manage your own physical and mental well-being.

Often, as our responsibilities grow we sacrifice the management of our health to excel in the other priorities of life - like taking care of our family, building our career, living out our passions and enjoying our social life. I’ve seen this happen to many people - including my clients, my own family, my peers and even myself.

Since becoming a Personal Trainer in 2016, I’ve helped busy, high-performing Kiwis find their own way to manage their physical health and upkeep their mental fitness through the process of strength training.

I pride myself on having the ability to connect your health & fitness journey into your fast-paced lifestyle. I focus on setting performance-based goals so not only are you showing up as the best version of yourself in the training room but also outside of it.

I value the nuances that your journey will come with and I look forward to helping you become a stronger and healthier version of yourself.
