Your request will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. If you make an access request, we will ask you to verify your identity. There may be instances where we cannot grant you access to the personal information we hold. For example, we may need to refuse access if granting access would interfere with the privacy of others, or if it would result in a breach of confidentiality. If that happens, in most circumstances we will give you written reasons for any refusal.
If you believe that personal information we hold about you is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, then you may request us to amend it. We will consider if the information requires amendment and will not charge for making any amendments. If we do not agree that there are grounds for amendment, then we will add a note to the personal information stating that you disagree with it. Registered users of our websites can access and update their user details online. We request that you keep your information as current as possible so that we may continue to improve our service to you.
11. HOW CAN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT A BREACH OF PRIVACY?

We may contact you during the process to seek any further clarification if necessary. If a breach is found, RISE Training Studios will escalate the matter to management so that the process can be rectified to prevent any further breaches from taking place. We will also contact you to inform you of the outcome of the investigation. We will endeavour to resolve all investigations within a reasonable time.
We will treat your requests or complaints confidentially. A representative will contact you within a reasonable time after receipt of your complaint to discuss your concerns and outline options regarding how they may be resolved. We will aim to ensure that your complaint is resolved in a timely and appropriate manner.

12. WHAT SECURITY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE?
We will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information that we hold from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access or modification. If you suspect any misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, your personal information, please let us know immediately.
We take website and credit card security extremely seriously and always endeavour to provide a secure, safe platform from which to conduct online transactions. We use the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts information as it is transmitted over the internet. This encryption scrambles details such as credit card numbers and personal information, so that other computers are unable to decipher the information, ensuring privacy and security. RISE Training Studios will never store your credit card information.
13. HAVE THERE BEEN ANY RECENT CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY?
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions of this Privacy Policy will be posted on our website. This Privacy Policy was last updated in March 2022.
Competition Terms & Conditions
Please take a moment to read through the Terms & Conditions below for information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
In these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to RISE Training Studios and its subsidiaries.
“You” or refers to the author of your entry.
The “Contest”, “Sweepstakes”, “Promotion”, “Giveaway” or “Competition” refers to the image, photo, video, text, graphics or other content RISE Training Studios has published on social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).

No Purchase Necessary – Purchase does not increase the chance of winning
Eligibility - Entry open to New Zealand residents, aged 18 years or over. RISE Training Studios (the "Promoter"), its employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies, are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Conditions of Entry - How to Enter:
"200 Likes" giveaway requires an eligible person to like the original competition post and mention a friend in the comment section of the original competition post on the official RISE Training Studio Facebook page. Each eligible person may enter the competition only once. Promotion commences NZ time at 3.00pm Tuesday 29th March 2022 and closes at NZ time 8.00am Monday 4th April 2022 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.
One (1) winners of the Promotion above will be selected on Facebook within five (5) days of the competition closing. Attempts will be made to notify the winner by direct message via social media platform of entry and/or phone and/or email at the contact telephone number/email address/private message provided at the time of the promotion entry. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner within five (5) days, then the prize is forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner(s) will receive the following prize:
• Two (2) 45-minute personal training sessions at the Rise Training Studio in Remuera, worth $160 (NZD).
The two (2) 45-minute personal training sessions must be used within 7 days of each other.
The Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
The Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
All prizes shall be subject to the terms and conditions of use issued by the prize provider. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered in connection with the availability, provision or use of these prizes.
All components of the prize package must be taken together. Any element of the prize package not taken will be deemed to be forfeited. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Promoter’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

Limitation of Liability: RISE Training Studios and its subsidiaries, are not responsible or liable for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete, misdirected entries or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software, or garbled, corrupt, or jumbled transmissions; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the offer or administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property.
